Awesome! 79% are this close to eternal life! They believe there was a Christ, that He died for their sins and He arose from the dead..they still must receive Him.
I was just wondering about the other 21%. I over heard a guy at work saying that he was an atheist. That night he got a call that his son broke his arm at football practice.

I know a guy who went to church and was killed on his way home.
I really can’t believe that anyone would be shallow minded enough to make a connection between a man claiming to be an atheist and his son’s arm being broken. Unless you are saying that God punished his son by breaking his arm because of what his father believes.
3 out of 4 (77%) now claim Christianity is their main religion. Down from 91% in 1948.

I thought the story goes that they sleep in the grave until the second coming and then they will awaken. At least that is what I have been told, so if they have died, they are not yet resurrected.
That is the body, I believe the Bible teaches that the soul either is with God or awaits judgment in hell
